I have vasovagal syncope, and warned nurses before a blood draw that I was most likely going to faint and seize from the procedure. They did not take my warnings seriously, and told me that nothing like that was going to happen. When I DID have a vasovagal response from the draw, the nurses were very unkind to me afterwards and acted like I ruined their day for something I repeatedly warned them would happen. Just gave me a mini bottle of water and tried to rush me out of the room as fast as they could.

Update: My concerns were addressed shortly after posting this review. I went back for a CT scan and had the absolute best experience! I went back to the ER against my better judgment and Dr Brown is amazing, the nursing staff was wonderful! Fast forward to a month ago, 2 incomplete visits because the staff from the desk to the back were rude as hell for no reason and I was in too much pain to deal with the nonsense! They need someone to monitor this place for an extended period of time to weed out the people who have forgott... read more

If I could give zero stars I would. My dad came in for a procedure today, was scheduled for 9:45, they called him back at 10:37, he does not hear well they told my mom that after he was dressed out they would get her. We waited for almost 2 1/2 hours for them to come get her. Got up and checked the computer and they had taken him in. This is very bad patient communication. Never tell a patient family member one thing and do the total opposite.
