This place is a joke. They have zero respect for a soon-to-be three time mom who brought in her well-cared for toddlers to her “high-risk pregnancy” appointment. Couldn’t get her out of there fast enough, even with her legitimate concerns about how our baby is measuring. They incorrectly assumed my children’s ethnicity based on my last name, and made my wife feel like some sort of unmarried low-life who couldn’t avoid getting pregnant again and making their lives difficult. In 2019 I had a miscarriage, I'm currently pregnant, I'm 28 weeks old, I went to get an ultrasound and the ultrasound lady told me: "Omg, I can't see the baby's heartbeat, I'm so sorry" and I was immediately scared, I started crying and she asked me why are you crying? I was given the awful news that my genetic screening came back high risk for a fatal disorder. Long story short, my Dr put in a referral to OU. I called to ensure they received the referral (which they had not) and the staff member who took my call appeared to have no care or empathy about my situation. She just brushed it off and said they would talk with me about it two months later at my appointment. Black lady that checks you in is so rude I’m about to find another place to go so i can feel comfortable at my appointments.
Got checked in at a timely manner. I went for my first ultrasound for my first pregnancy (very excited to see my baby for the first time) the ultrasound tech did not talk during the scan besides asking if I’ve ever had an ovary removed. I was given an option for my pictures to be sent to my email or phone. I requested my email and the tech discarded that and sent them to my phone number anyway. I only got two very blurry photos of my baby. Took about 10 of my ovaries that I never got pictures for either. For insurance only c... read more
