This place is the worse!!! I have called for an ENTIRE WEEK and I have yet to speak to anyone. I get transferred to an extension and it bounces back into the queue.... This happened for 27 minutes before I just gave up! I have left numerous messages and no one has called me back! They obviously do not need my business. They need to revamp their front desk...Maybe invest in a Call Center! Unfortunately, the only way I was able to post this comment was by leaving ONE star!!!
Very rude!!! One of the nurse act rasists !!! Went with the kid. The white reception lady is such a worst person I have ever met! They need to change this lady ! What a shameful lady!!! Clearly she was acting disrespectful from the beginning . Please be careful of the lady!
I had a fine experience when my child's appt was made as an emergency but I have been calling and always get told no appointments any time I try they tell me again next week sometimes next month
I would give this place 5 stats if it wasn't so hard to get an appointment for my little ones. Overall staff is very friendly and on point with pediatric dental care.
