I am immensely grateful for the patience shown to my son especially the hygienist she made him feel comfortable and she was really great with the other kids. However, my appointment was at 1:30 and we didn’t leave until 3:45. When I walked up to the front desk, the lady started assisting someone else who was seated (instead of just getting me signed in first then going back to help them after to get whatever docs she missed when it was their turn in line).
