Second time coming and staff knew my name and was right on point
Overall it was a great experience. Kudos to the staff.
The front desk was amazing and very helpful but , Dr. Arana & The Manager Ms.Morris was terrible! I mean TERRIBLE‼️‼️‼️‼️ I WOULD NEVER COME BACK HEREThe reviews are so accurate! Dr. Arana started my daughter procedure but , in the mist of doing it she stops and states she couldn’t finish the procedure because my daughter couldn’t be still… My daughter made one move. Always such a great visit!!! They take excellent care of my child.
This was our second visit and I love how great the dentists and hygienists are with my child (4 y/o). My only gripe was that we were at this office for 2 hours which I think is absolutely ridiculous. I mean there were families that came in after us that were heading back and leaving all while we continued waiting in the waiting area. Our appointment was at 7:30 AM and we arrived 15 min early but had to wait in the car since they don’t open until 7:30 (which was fine).
