I’ve been coming here since 2005 all my children love it there. My kids have the best time when they are there always treated with respect
I swear this is the most disrespect place I been to tried to make a complaint and supervisor didn't care to help... The more for there employees then clients...... I'm changing my location Going some where else they not good ppl
I've been going to this clinic for my kids for a long time now it's starting to get worse and worser and the nurses on Pacific are getting ruder and ruder what happened to customer service what happened to treating your clients with respect and dignity if you don't like the job quick
The staff is very rude, they never answer the phone I could never make an appointment by phone.
I was in the clinic today for my toddler's physical and shots and I was extremly dissapointed☹ about how the nurse administered the shots to my baby, she was terrible very slow and on the last shot it seem like she purposely hurt her as my baby screamed like if she was hurting her soul...no no no and the worst part was.... that her supposed supervisor was there and when I said I needed to complain about what just happened she tried to discourage me from complaining...
