called to get an appointment for my daughter was told that her dr had none till wednesday. which made me go back and forth trying to find another doctor to see her, which was very hard bc she has medicaid. i needed a referral for an urgent care clinic which i waited for 2+ hours just to be told that they do have appointments with her Dr and that they could not send a referral bc of that. wasted over 2 hours that i could’ve been giving care to my daughter at home. TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION from their staff.
