We saw Dr Katie Frith for my daughter’s multiple food allergies. She was recommended by a colleague and was knowledgeable, warm and professional. Grateful for her expertise and for giving us a clear plan to work with.
I was referred to another paediatric doctor from my GP for my 4-year-old daughter for croup issues, but due to the wait times we were offered an appointment with Dr Matin. We had a couple of appointment with him, he was very patient with my daughter and carefully listened to my concerns. My daughter's condition improved. I'm surprised to see other reviews here but the receptionists were professional and efficient and I had no issues with them. Highly recommend.
Have been seeing Dr Lowes for my son for past 2 years - great communicator, caring, calm - very glad to have him as our paediatrician
Based on a dramatic personal experience dealing with them, I can say that the receptionists and certain specialist are unprofessional, unkind, lacking empathy and efficiency. Beware, they only care for easy job and charging you. During my consultation with the specialist Dr Gary Leong, I was told he would send me the medical management plan afterwards.
