REMOVE YOUR AI BOT... I can barley get a hold of them because they implemented an AI bot who dosnt understand anything. Had a very horrible experience with their receptionists after i had waited ages to finally get in contact with them, very rude and impatient. no care in the world for young kids. so rude.
Disgusting staff that couldn’t get their head around an error being made on their end. Unwelcoming, unkind and extremely unaccommodating. I brought my 3 month old in to get assessed. She came in extremely hungry (as we were told to wait to feed her for the appointment) we travelled an hour to get there, received numerous of confirmation emails and text messages, ONLY for them to turn around and say they had double booked and could not resolve it. DO NOT GO HERE THEY DO NOT CARE!
The level of care Dr Kerry gives our family is beyond what I could ask for in a Doctor. She not only manages the physical side of things for my daughter, but I leave her office feeling somehow braver than when when I walked in. Reassured about our current situation and better equipped to face the challenge ahead. Thank you Dr Kerry for your kindness and support through this difficult time🙏

Mould in the vent and dust build up I got asthma attack and ventolin taken but was not enought so had to leave and get predisone. The air purifiers hepa were switched off and when I asked to switch on the person Whom does the testing said she did not know how to turn it on and Then I switch it on by press the on button. It was red and remained red the whole time. Its shall be a medical duty of care especially due to the allergy related immunology specialists.
