I was very disappointed with my experience with Dr Brad Martin. I took my son to see him about some concerns we were having, and we felt he was quite dismissive and didn't really listen to what we were saying. We left feeling very disheartened. For a specialist Children's Clinic, you should be doing a better job. Don't waste your time here.

Absolutely appalling experience with both the admin staff and the practice manager. I visited this clinic with both my children and paid for their appointments at the front desk. The practice manager was present and overseeing the transaction, and the admin staff processed what I was told was the full payment. We saw Dr Katie Frith for my daughter’s multiple food allergies. She was recommended by a colleague and was knowledgeable, warm and professional. Grateful for her expertise and for giving us a clear plan to work with.
I was referred to another paediatric doctor from my GP for my 4-year-old daughter for croup issues, but due to the wait times we were offered an appointment with Dr Matin. We had a couple of appointment with him, he was very patient with my daughter and carefully listened to my concerns. My daughter's condition improved. I'm surprised to see other reviews here but the receptionists were professional and efficient and I had no issues with them. Highly recommend.
