The service here at this clinic is not very good and the front desk staff are disrespectful towards patients guardians. Front desk called my mom a “Karen” for sticking up for my brother who has special needs and being his voice for him to be seen when he has had several weeks waiting to be checked up urgently. And here we have the doctor also come out with her attitude saying that my brother wasn’t going to be seen because supposedly he wasn’t on her schedule when once this year started we had called to schedule an appointme... read more
It's so unfortunate to be here, i usually won't leave any reviews but this is too much. I got an appointment at 2:30pm. Got here at 2:15, fill up the paperwork and told to wait. It's been more than 2 hours now, no one has come see me. I just see and hear the girls talking, laughing, etc and I'm still here. I didn't go to the ER thinking that i would take forever there... probably bit at least i know what I'm getting myself into. I CAME TO THIS PLACE TO BRING MY ELDERLY MOM AND THE LADY AT THE FRONT WINDOW TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT ALL DAY TO GET IN, AFTER SHE HAD ALREADY TOLD MY MOM SHE HAD AN APPOINTMENT FOR 9AM.. THIS PLACE NEED TO DO BETTER THAN THIS.. AN IF YOU'RE AT THE WINDOW YOU NEED NEED TO BE MORE KIND... (CHILDREN CLINIC GET IT TOGETHER)!!!!!!!!!! YALL WHACK!

Horrible just horrible they always cancel appointments last minute and the front desk personal is super rude and very unprofessional.
