Every visit ive had here for my children (ive been bringing my children here for years) had been s good experience. From the front desk( iv never experienced anyone being rude, jus helpful) to the,to the doctor, everyone was an to this day have been pleasant, very helpful an resourceful. That's why i still take my youngest. Our experience is always smooth
I have been trying to get an appointment after seeing Dr. V on February 22. I was told if I do not hear back from my insurance within a month to contact the social service lady. I called her two times she never called me back the third time I got her and she said that she needed to have the doctor sign the paper. And now it is May 12. This place is the worst. Shouldn’t even get a star. My mom had a 2:30pm appointment, got called in at 4:30 walked out at 6:30 pm to realize all the staff went home before us. That’s how bad this place is.
The service here at this clinic is not very good and the front desk staff are disrespectful towards patients guardians. Front desk called my mom a “Karen” for sticking up for my brother who has special needs and being his voice for him to be seen when he has had several weeks waiting to be checked up urgently. And here we have the doctor also come out with her attitude saying that my brother wasn’t going to be seen because supposedly he wasn’t on her schedule when once this year started we had called to schedule an appointme... read more
