I hope Dr. Jendrzey never leaves this clinic because I would follow her to the ends of the earth! We were on vacation this weekend and my daughter had the beginning symptoms of an ear infection. I called the office at 2pm on a friday to see if there was anything I could do for her. Dr. Jendrzey personally called me back within half an hour, and called in some ear drops to the pharmacy closest to us where we were vacationing. TDLR: NEVER GO HERE After almost 2 years I'm finally ready to talk about this. Don't trust your child's care to anyone even if they have good reviews. Dr. Sky not only was so over confident in her demeanor that not only did she fail to recognize the symptoms of our sons disease but she then neglected to properly document our visits when we kept coming seeking answers to concerns we had with his symptoms. Dr. Sky. This is personally to you. I truly hope you know you failed us and put us through the most traumatic moment in my life as a parent. We came to you over and over for help and your negligence could have cost our son his life. ( he has SEVERE hemophilia that should have been caught by 1 month old). We love this clinic! The staff is friendly and happy to help with scheduling and messages. Dr. Moreno is THE best pediatrician! All the nurses have been kind and gentle with our baby. We will keep coming back for all of our baby’s healthcare needs.
