Update 2026: Still. THE. BEST. DAMN. DOCTOR. PERIOD. No really. I've seen a lot of doctors and this is still my favorite doctor. Dr. Ferreris is kind, respectful, listens to his patients, and uses the latest best practices for care. He now sees both of my kids, who have both needed more complex care. He always takes the time to explain the pros and cons of multiple intervention options, educate me about any diagnosis, explain the latest research, and answer all my many questions. Don’t take your kid here if you value their health and your time. We took my daughter here for the first year of her life as other moms I knew had recommended it. I don’t know how their experiences differed so much from ours but I would never send my kid back here even if it was the last option. Every single appt took well over an hour sometimes two hours. Terrible Service from the receptionists “Star and Griselda. I can’t believe I had to changed my sons doctor because of this service! I hope can make something about it we don’t deserve this kind of Service after 6 years with be with doctor Smith she’s awesome but your team Sucks!!!
The receptionists are TERRIBLE! They provide awful customer service, and they told us over the phone that they accept our new insurance only to get there with my 9 month old baby and be told they don't. She was completely smug about it. Absolutely over being treated so poorly by the front staff there!
