From a student standpoint, Dr. V is an exceptionally talented provider. She has a way of making her patients and families extremely comfortable, and trusting of her guidance. As a preceptor she is patient, friendly and a world of knowledge. Thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule to help a student. The office staff is also some of the best— their team work and respect for each other is unmatched.

I called in this morning to make a same day appointment for my daughter for an urgent issue and was told there were slots available from 2pm to 3:15pm. I took the 3:15 slot, but my daughter said she has an important presentation at that time and she can’t miss it. So I called back right away to change her appointment to 2pm. The front desk lady and the nurse we were supposed to see today discriminated against us for showing up from riding the via transportation bus to this specific location. They started making excuses once they saw me and completely started rejecting letting my son get seen over what she stated was another excuse but it's discrimination and we have reported it to the BBB and I'm calling to follow up on a lawsuit
