The new lady in the front is so rude they need professional assistance & the waiting for the pediatrician is ridiculous
I have been calling to schedule an appointment for days! No one answered, you should take your job seriously, this is ridiculous!!
Been coming here since my kids were young. Up until recently I have had a decent experience with scheduling both my son’s appointments (one who’s special needs and needs frequent visits/referals). I wait several months for an appointment for both my kids just to get rescheduled and when I call to verify there’s nothing documented. The lady on the phone has unempathetic and very dismissive. I have been calling for 2 months to schedule an appointment and have yet to schedule one. They just keep saying to call back. There reviews are horrible. I don’t see how they can be so busy but I will not continue to try. I will be changing pediatricians.
