The lobby and the rooms were very nice and spacious. The location was central to the Galleria area. Self parking is a bit pricey but overall a nice stay.

The service from valet and concierge staff was outstanding. I had tons of packages that they very helpful with unloading and reloading. A standout is Decopius, he’s the bomb! He did all the heavy lifting with a smile! How refreshing!
Beautiful hotel! However, they use handicap parking spots to valet guests cars. My husband (disabled veteran) and I stayed here this weekend and couldn’t park in the front of the hotel because the valet employee used a designated handicapped parking to valet a guest’s car. This car had no disabled person’s license plate or placard. I spoke to the manager on duty and he could care less when I spoke to him about it.
