DO NOT COME HERE. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! In February 2023, I was the victim of an attempted $2,600 fraudulent charge by a server at the Hilton Chifley in Houston. My bank caught it, but I was left stranded without money or food for 24 hours, missing important commitments and suffering extreme distress. Room was very nice and spacious but one of the sliding doors in the restroom was stuck inside the wall. We were able to get it out of the wall without calling someone but we saw that the door had a lot of wear and tear and needs to be repainted. Staff was polite and friendly throughout our stay. I really wanted to be able to give 5 stars but there are a few reasons why I can’t. I went to brunch before checkin and had some left over food that I wanted to eat later on. Spacious cute rooms and the most important thing- lol - they have a steamer for your clothing !! It’s the first hotel chain that I noticed they started updating from irons to steamers! Thank God because those irons are old in most hotels chains. Staff at the bar and restaurant supper professional and sweet! Will come back!
