Bought two roosters from here and they gave me a deal
The “chicken man” is very nice and very communicative which, as a first time chicken owner, I had been very grateful for. I do, however wish I had thought to look up reviews before buying chickens from him. Friends of ours had bought four chickens from him a year prior and all four are alive and healthy and keeping them stocked with eggs. If I could give a 0 I would. This guy is terrible - running a chick mill. He doesn’t hatch them, but buys up leftovers from hatcheries, crams them into cages and collects enough to make a sale date. I grew up on a family farm treating animals humanely. I am used to all types of smells - pig, cattle and chicken, but from clean run farms - this place is anything but. Absolutely phenomenal. And this guy guarantees his birds!
I had a very good experience with them. I picked up 2 Wellsummers, an olive egger, and a sapphire olive egger. I had an issue with the olive egger and she ended up passing away. They were very apologetic of her unfortunate demise, and did everything they could to make a crappy situation better.
