Dina is by far my favorite provider. She is actually the psych that our friend group uses because we have all had consistently great experiences with her. I have never felt more comfortable, listened to and actually been an active participant of my care plan before working with her. Plus her staff is amazing, so responsive and kind. Major shoutout to Melissa at the front desk.
Everyone was very professional and kind, which was pleasant, but not exactly what I invested time and money for. TMS straight up did not work for me. That’s ok, as an 80%-ish success rate means some people fall into the unlucky 20%, yay for me. They said it could take up to 6 months after all the zapping, so I diligently attended sessions and waited. No improvement. The woman who did my daily zapping sessions seemed confident and competent.
