AMAZING food period. Vegan or not everything on the menu is delicious. I had the vegan reuben and a chocolate non-dairy shake which was to die for OMG! The true litmus test was when I brought my non-vegan husband in and he ordered the seitan "chicken" Caesar salad and the vegan Buffalo wings for an appetizer, and he practically inhaled it...and no mention of any taste difference or nervous hesitation at the fact that it's vegan. I had breakfast there and it was amazing. The coffee was good too. Also the staff where great, very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was cool with the rock posters on the wall and great 80s music playing in the background. It really doesn't get much better than that.
As someone with lots of food allergies (specifically to dairy and eggs), I'm always thrilled when I can find a place to eat where most of the menu options are "safe." The fact that I can get a real shake, complete with whipped topping and chip-sprinkles, makes this an epically awesome treat for me.
Everything I've eaten here has been perfect. Their country fried steak has convinced me to move to Chicago!
Amazing vegan milkshakes!!!! The menu had so many great options. Whether you're vegan, vegetarian, or just dairy free this place is awesome!
Amazing quality and service. Had the Reuben and the Gyro, and would go back to try all the rest of the menu!!! Even bought their cookbook to take back to Brazil with me.
I'm not vegan but my daughter loves this place. Can't go wrong with the spicy "chicken" sandwich. The Ruben sandwich was good too! I'm going to try the "chicken" wings next time.
Excellent place, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Go. You won't be disappointed.
