As a parent/step-parent you always support your children in everything they do. So, when we needed to sell our condo in Baton Rouge, it was a no brainer to have Cory and Mary list our property. Within 20 minutes of our listing going live they had a showing scheduled. By lunchtime we had an offer, and by the close of business we accepted the offer and had a closing date set for two weeks later. They made this entire process so easy, from listing to closing.
Cory was amazing to work with - from the initial prospecting meeting all the way to closing on our house, he consistently made me and Maggie feel informed and comfortable as first-time homebuyers.
