GRAND LUX CAFE WESTHEIMER, HOUSTON TEXAS. Today, around noon, I brought my mother here for lunch for a late Mother's Day lunch. We were seated in the bar area and the restaurant was not very busy even during the lunch hour. We ordered two Asian Chicken Salads and lemonade. Nothing outrageous or particular. My husband and I had the worst experience at the Hackensack, NJ location this evening that I could not wait to express my dissatisfaction. I would like to discuss this further with someone in management
My husband spoke with someone on our experience last month at the Greenwood IN location. He was told it would be escalated and a gift card would be sent but never received it ... :(
Went to the CCF in Hanover, MD and a roach crossed our table. The manager moved us to another and tried to give us dessert in compensation. Didnt even ask how to make our dining experience better. Gave us some discounts but left indignant...see pic!
Not cool - Went to the new Cheesecake Factory in Valencia with my wife over the weekend. Just two iced teas and two appetizers. Asked for my check and gave them my credit card. The total was $33.76. I looked at the suggested tip guide above the total for 20 percent and added $14.71. I admit I don't go adding things up myself and like this guide on my check as it makes it fast and easy.
