Bad customer service, no manager or supervisor to talk to and when they tell you going to be transferred they disconnected your call! Basically don’t call ! Not the right way to handle any issues I was calling to let them know that the dessert we took home turned green and moldy the next day Even mentioned it to Meghan and another girl I was simply disconnected while getting a supervisor 😡

Food was good but portions were too large. Would prefer to order a lunch portion for dinner but they won't accommodate such a request.

Businesses that think this way, spit in food and other bad things, all under the clean Cheesecake Factory brand: First I've seen Cheesecake Factory behave in a low class fashion. Unfortunately, I've had my first bad experience with Cheesecake Factory. They botched a small thing on a delivery, and I informed DoorDash.
