We had our anniversary dinner here at Orem Cheesecake Factory tonight and it was great! I have to say the whole experience was fantastic but I have to say our server, Jake K. Was AMAZING! Jake is Excellent at his job and made us feel so special! Thank you
They gave my 5 year old son coke in a kid's cup without me asking for it in a kid's cup. I'm am very angry with the service here.
Great food and our server Ben was exceptional!
Our server was sweet, but the food was not it.. to pay over $100 for food and have it be disappointing is the worst. The chicken Alfredo was awful the chicken tasted like canned chicken and the sauce was not great.
Great food, great service and staff, sometimes couldn't find our server, good atmosphere. Food costly and portion good size. I recommend sharing. 5.99 drink, so share or drink water if you want to keep prices down.
