We had a really disappointing experience at The Cheesecake Factory. We were seated quickly, and it wasn’t busy at all, which made everything that followed even more frustrating. We still waited about 20 minutes before our server came over. After placing our order, we were told water and bread would be brought out right away—but another 10 minutes passed and we still hadn’t received anything. At that point, we decided to leave. I went to The Cheesecake Factory in Orem on 4/14/26 I ate Chicken Piccata I got so sick for two days throwing up and vomiting. And when I wrote the amount on my receipt the waiter must of changed the amount CUZ my Credit Card was charged more money then I wrote on my receipt. I called and spoke to someone twice about charges and that I got food poisoning I was told someone would call me back with in 48 HRS but times. Still growing pains here. Brioche breakfast sandwich was so sad. Cheese not melted barely toasted and all cold and barely any toppings. They took it away very fast after mentioning it was cold. No time to snap a photo of this sad plate. The manager came over and offered a myriad of solutions, but after 1 hour wait none of which were workable. Moreover, none were clear. This has been my least favorite cheesecake factory location. I've been here quite a few times over the last months and it's been hit or miss. 1) One of the hostesses has a serious attitude problem. She lacks basic decency and has been quite rude to myself, other members of my party, and other guests attempting to be seated at the restaurant. 2) On one occasion, after finishing over half her pancakes, my mother found plastic in her food!
