Went to The Cheesecake Factory for dinner and honestly forgot how huge the menu is. It took me forever to decide because everything sounded good. I ended up getting the Chicken Madeira, and it came out hot, the chicken was super tender, and the mashed potatoes were on point. Dear Cheesecake, This is how you lose customers. Over $50 spent and this is what you give to people? These are 1/2 slices. If shrinkflation hits cheesecake then I guess no more cheesecake factory for me... We called and was offered more slices... Great, will I need to do that every time?
Cason at the Orem store was the best waiter I think we’ve ever had and we’ve done some eating out and had lots of amazing servers. Great job man! Food is good. Cheesecake is excellent. Service impeccable.
