Food &service was excellent .atmosphere was very festive and welcoming.

First time in a Cheesecake Factory in 8 years since I moved away. Our server, Joseph, ruined the experience with poor service. It was lunchtime. It appeared there were 3-4 tables in his section, with no one new aside from us. My cousin and I were seated and he went to the restroom immediately. I could see the server with his head down using the POS system. It was at least 15-20 minutes before he greeted us and he probably saw me poking my head out looking for a server. This establishment exemplifies the typical Cheesecake Factory. The quality of both the food and service was outstanding. We have visited this location multiple times throughout the year, and it consistently meets our expectations. I opted for the Lettuce Wraps, which serve as a pleasant and healthy option. The portion sizes are quite generous, so consider sharing some of the dishes. The restaurant's decor is always clean and well-kept. Parking can be limited, as it is situated within the Mall parking area.
Steer clear of curbside. Not a great system apparently. They left me out there waiting for over 35 minutes. - management was informed I was told I’d get a call back and partial refund - neither happened
