I must say, this particular Cheesecake Factory is really starting to go down hill as far as quality, I've been noticing that their cheesecakes are starting to get smaller & smaller. Today I got 1 of my favorites which I always get, the Adam's Peanut butter, when I received it, I thought they had given me the wrong one, but when I asked, they said that's most certainly it, this is ridiculous, especially for what you're paying, I don't think i'll be returning to this location
arrived about 8:30pm (9/4) for dinner, hostess said it’d be a 15 minute wait and asked for my phone number. after waiting nearly 35 minutes i re-entered asking if she knew how much longer on the table to which she replies “i called you and texted you forever ago” in a snarky attitude to which i reply “oh, i didn’t receive anything to my phone” she walks away for a minute, comes back to seat us, and in the process of grabbing the menus, send me the very first text that my table is ready which at first i thought maybe i’d give... read more
The food was well below par. I ordered the meatloaf with mashed potatoes and corn. The meatloaf was too salty, the potatoes were okay but super dry and only had about a teaspoon of gravy and the corn was flavorless. The most disappointing part was the cheesecake, I got the new brownie crunch choc a lot cheesecake and it didnt taste like brownie at all. The chocolate tasted cheap and old. Im mad at myself for wasting money, but more importantly.....calories on this mess.
