I don’t usually leave reviews but I felt this one was needed. I recently dined at The Cheesecake Factory located in the Galleria Mall to celebrate an anniversary, and as a fellow restaurant owner, I felt compelled to share a constructive perspective on the experience. While the restaurant was not particularly busy, our reservation was not honored in a timely manner, resulting in an additional 20-minute wait upon arrival. Ci siamo andati ben 2 volte, ma in 2 differenti. Un pomeriggio solo per un dolce, un'altra volta abbiamo cenato. Inizialmente pensavo fosse una sorta di mega pasticceria, invece hanno un menù completissimo per cenare (o pranzare, ovviamente). Molto bello anche l'arredamento.
