Service was slow (it did not seem too busy), but server was kind and friendly. On my last bite of chicken I found a HUGE piece of plastic wrap in my meal. Was only offered 2 pieces of cheesecake (we were party of 4) & one coffee (non-alcoholic). They also took my dish of the bill, but had to pay for everything else. Came all the way from Canada to eat there. Disappointing, to say the least.
I was out of town for 2 weeks for work and when i got home my fiance wanted to go to cheesecake factory so we went and the waitress was good she tried her best being the only one ny food came out my street corn was burnt my cheeseburger rolls where burnt so badly to the point when i grabbed someone walking by they said omgg let me take care of that asap well then that turned into a confusion when i told my waitress about it she said the kitchen knew nothing so we waited again for them she brings the receipt and we got charge... read more
