Wait time was double what they said. Service was extremely slow for everything. Salmon was overcooked, vegetables undercooked. Disappointed that they didn't care.
Went today, very busy. Very understaffed. We were able to snag a table in the bar when another party departed. No one came to bus the table, which we ended up doing ourselves. We were never acknowledged and never received menus. After a half an hour waiting we left. Saw at least one other couple who waited probably close to a half an hour for their drinks, as they were seated before we were and finally got their drinks just before we left. Met some friends at Cheesecake Factory for a late lunch at 2:00 on Sunday. There were literally 30 people waiting in line for the hostess so we went to the bar. I patiently waited for the bartender to ask which tables were available for walk-ins. He looked at me and walked away. I went down to the other end and was met with more attitude when I asked if we could order drinks as we waited. This guy said he was running way behind .
