Ordered the jambalaya, the pasta was extremely dry and stuck together asked for additional sauce to try and loosen the pasta, the waitress returned 20 to 25 minutes later with the sauce at which time the dish was cold…… she did offer a slice of cheesecake or to replace the dish, however my rather large party of 25 + were finishing their meal…….extremely disappointing experience
Me and my boyfriend got food poisoning!! Last visit we had pasta and everything was great. This time, we had steak and chicken, mac and cheese, garlic parm fries and mash potatoes. We sat outside and our server was awesome. It is unfortunate we spent 160 and even tipped a bit over 22 percent because she was so great. Complete disaster from top to bottom—go to Marina del Rey instead! Decided to try the Redondo Beach Cheesecake Factory location for my birthday since it had slightly higher ratings than Marina del Rey, which we usually love. Big mistake. Four of us went for happy hour, and what should have been a quick meal ended up taking a grueling two hours and 45 minutes, entirely because our server, Daniela Z., went completely horrible and MIA.
