Okay food, okay service. Can improve on both. Overaated cocktails. The 3.8 stars overall is as accurate and on the higher side. They only good at one thing, original cheesecake.

My waitress was Alex and she was great. Very friendly and patient. The food was made fresh with great quality. I really appreciated the free slice of cheesecake for my birthday. It was AMAZING.
Amazing Amanda our server was terrific! We stopped by for a burger and slice of cheesecake at 2 pm on a Friday which I think is the best time to visit here!! Ciara M did a fabulous job and the Chicken Littles, Mashed Potatoes & Corn were outstanding!! 👍🏼😎🇺🇲
It was way too loud. We had to ask the waitress anytime we wanted more refills & she seemed more concerned with other tables than what we were trying to order. The food was good, but not what Cheesecake Factory used to be. Disappointed.
