I love cheesecake factory but this is ridiculous. I ordered this salad to go and it looks like it was scraped off of someone's plate and given to me. Called the manager. He was very helpful and returned my money but this is a shame and I see why this particular store has a bad rating.
We love the Cheesecake Factory and we were so happy to be near more locations when we moved to FL. We stopped in for a weekday lunch. They had a fair amount of tables but were not slammed. It took way longer than it should have for the waitress to even acknowledge our table. The food took the normal amount of time but the lack of care made it feel rushed. I love the food here they have good quality control for how many items they have on their menu and if they slip up they're always willing to make it right
