After being a patron of the Cheeseboard for 45+ years, I experienced the rudest customer service by a dour girl named Caylly. It was so upsetting I contacted the CB to express my dismay. No apology was offered, and Caylly’s behavior was minimized and excused due to the stresses we are all experiencing these days. Deeply offended -- worst invisible-middle-aged-woman experience I've had in years. I was next, in a long line, holding 2 brown bags and a salad. The guy at the register looked past me at the younger blonde woman behind me. She elbowed past me. I objected (obviously) and he said, "Sorry, I thought you were together." TLDR: treated a disabled patron with #hostility, bad service We went for pizza next door and loved the hot sauce so decided to go buy some next door. My partner is deaf and has his service dog with him. Upon entering one employee asked if it was a service dog. He signed that he is deaf and I also explained that she is a service animal. Great selection of Cheeses and Baked Goods, been going for at least 10 years. The Cheese Mongers really know cheese and introduce me to new cheeses all the time. It is obvious that the team is passionate about great products and old fashioned customer service. Wishing everyone at the The Cheese Board Collective a very Happy New Year!!
Very disappointed after today’s purchase. I went all the way from Fremont just to find out they increased the bialys price from $2 to $2.50 each and they are now making them super thin. I bought over 3 dozens and they did not offer any discount. So sad they seem to start doing business by price increasing and/or reducing the amount of dough on the product.
Long line but well worth the wait.
Best pizza out there! And the most mouth watering cheese rolls! Fresh ingredients, quick and friendly service, and tasty food. I always rush back there when I am in town.
