Superb service, dining was enjoyable, spacious rooms, and you can't beat the location. My best stay for a dinner and Broadway visit.
My stay at your property was materially deficient and fell well below the standard one would reasonably expect, particularly at this price. I have stayed at numerous luxury hotels globally, including this property under Marriott International management, where the experience was notably superior. This hotel is nothing like the website. We booked two king rooms and were told they didn’t have them so put us in “queen” rooms but the bed was tiny. The room felt like being a 1970s suitcase. It was old, dated, cramped and just plain awful. There is NOTHING luxury about this hotel despite what the Hyatt site says. Estuvimos en este hotel por tercera vez. Lamentablemente la habitación era vieja y estaba un poco deteriorada. Muchas veces no había gente en recepción x la noche ni nadie en la puerta. La ubicación está muy bien y el personal es excelente, destacó la cordialidad de Mike (el q lleva las maletas) y denzel (del front desk). La limpieza la hacían tarde, nos quejamos y lo resolvieron. Espero que renueven las habitaciones ya q es un hermoso hotel. Desde q lo adquirió la cadena hyatt este lo empeoro. Seguramente volveré
This is a very nice hotel, nestled into the perfect location. It’s surprisingly quiet at night considering the proximity to Times Square. The staff are very friendly. The hotel is very clean. The room itself was lovely and I really appreciated housekeeping. The shower is amazing! We had a couple issues with the wrong items sent for room service, but the issue was corrected and that made us happy.
