Terrible experience and yes, this may be traced to the nurse/receptionist/staff like other reviews. Either incompetence or arrogant and want to overwrite a prior doctors findings as if it does not exist. We are done dealing with this place. It is literally putting my wifes health at risk by withholding meds. Weeks worth of calls and visits and they cannot call in a simple perscription that is running dangerously low. SERIOUSLY!!!! I've been a patient of chi for awhile. Apparently if they don't take your insurance,they don't want your business. They have contracts with insurance companies that if a person has insurance they won't allow them to do "self pay". But they don't accept all insurances and they won't bill out of network , they don't even take all of BCBS insurance. Disappointing that a company would even sign such contracts. No one really enjoys going to the Doctor, but this is by far my favorite practice to go to! I always leave there with a positive attitude. A+
I'm not a person who writes many reviews but it saddened me to see the few reviews that were negative so I thought I would share my experience. I also go to the Cleveland, TN office and my experience there has been totally different than those with the negative responses. I see Dr. Mitchell and Nurse Practitioner Sally Randall.
