Great staff, stay on schedule & Sally was great to talk to & breaks everything down so that its understandable..TY.
I've been a patient of chi for awhile. Apparently if they don't take your insurance,they don't want your business. They have contracts with insurance companies that if a person has insurance they won't allow them to do "self pay". But they don't accept all insurances and they won't bill out of network , they don't even take all of BCBS insurance. Disappointing that a company would even sign such contracts. No one really enjoys going to the Doctor, but this is by far my favorite practice to go to! I always leave there with a positive attitude. A+
I'm not a person who writes many reviews but it saddened me to see the few reviews that were negative so I thought I would share my experience. I also go to the Cleveland, TN office and my experience there has been totally different than those with the negative responses. I see Dr. Mitchell and Nurse Practitioner Sally Randall.
