Came here 7 years ago and loved my doctor. Called today to schedule an appointment and was told I count as a new patient and they do not take self pay new patients. Was told to ask at Erlanger. Memorial is known as the gold standard for cardiology. Denying patients the best care just because they do not have health insurance is unacceptable. I'm a patient that goes to see Carol Wilbanks NP. I had open heart surgery 14 years ago. Nurse Practitioner Carol Wilbanks has did an awesome job in watching my numbers, doing test to prevent and catch any issues that I may not be aware of. She is very thorough in her testing and observation. She is a wonderful person. It feels good to have someone watching your heart that has a beautiful heart themselves. All the staff were awesome as well. I feel blessed to have such a wonderful medical staff so close to home.
9/23/24 office staff here is great! As is the medical staff. Doctor Mandawat is the best and the staff very caring and friendly.
