I work with Jordan Home Health Services in Brownwood and my job affords me the privilege of going into the Chatfield and sponsoring activities. I have been going there since it opened in 2009 and love it as much today as I did back then. The staff are dedicated to the residents and go above and beyond regularly to make a positive difference. Some of my favorite people live there and it warms my heart to see them smiling and happy. Thank you to everyone at the Chatfield!
My Wonderful Father in Law has lived here for three months. It was recommended by a friend that has his Mother here.. Its never fun having to move a Family Member from home, but This group is A very compassionate group that treat him very well. He would tell us if they didn’t....no complaints at all. We are very Pleased having him here and getting lots of personal attention :) We would highly recommend Chatfield in Brownwood Tx
The head nurse and the directors communicate with me and my siblings regularly regarding our mother. I do not live nearby and only visit once a month. I am confident I will be contacted if a concern arises.
My dad and his sweet Grace lived at Chatfield for over a year. Everything was amazing! Food, staff, food, events, environment, food, 😁❤️ Best assisted living in Brownwood! Wish they could’ve stayed longer...circumstances changed ☹️
The Chatfield has the best staff! They are kind and compassionate and go the extra mile to make sure our residents have everything they need. What a blessing to get to be here with these residents, families and staff sharing life!
I worked at The Chatfield for 8 years. I love all the residents and staff. The staff was always very caring and tried to make everyone feel at home and like part of the family!
Making the decision to move Momma to Chatfield was such an easy process with the help of the staff. The staff and caregivers are so personable and caring. The Chatfield staff is now extended family. Everyone has made Momma feel welcomed. There is a perfect balance of activities and private time. They seem to be able to anticipate every need. The facility is very homey and beautifully decorated. For our family, Chatfield has been an answer to prayer.
My family and I attended the tour of trees yesterday and it was beautiful!!! What an amazing event to include the residents and community😊💜. Staff was warm and welcoming, such a “at home” atmosphere.
