Rooms are nice, but thin floors. I woke up to someones loud footsteps every morning. Pool is small. The doors do not deadbolt from outside so when you leave, your stuff is only protected by door handle lock. Would be very easy to break in. Once inside you can deadbolt it. So at least when you're in you're probably safe. My TV kept turning on randomly. Overall a nice location, but for the price I'd expect a bit more.
This boutique hotel looks great from the outside, once you are in the rooms its a different story. We were given an ADA room that was very weird and not thoroughly cleaned or maintained, there is no attention to detail, which is sad because it has potential. The bed is not bad, but manager needs to walk the units, a little touch up paint on their many wall blemishes would work wonders, there are scuffs on furniture, cracked decorations etc. Pool was filthy, no drink service at the pool, not even a water station. I was there for 2 nights, and TV didn’t work, I reported 4 times and all they said, I already reported to maintenance, is not working today. There was no drinking water in our room, room was extremely small, no desk, only one chair, toilet was always leaking and no elevator. Considering all this facts, way over price, I paid around $ 350.00 per night. Pictures are great but actual rooms very questionable.
