Great supermarket has everything you need and want.. staff is great people
It’s me and my partner’s second year living at the Chateau apartments. We have loved the community and management staff dearly. The maintenance man, Chuck, always goes above and beyond when it comes to making sure everything and everyone is doing good. He is really dedicated to making sure the job gets done and efficiently. When I am outside, he always likes to have a conversation and has quite the humor. Getting your security deposit returned is harder than traveling through the circles of hell... I have yet to receive mine after reaching out via phone calls and emails where I would get some responses/answers that slowly turned into no responses or picking up the phone. I even went in person (was avoiding having to do given the fact that I live farther away now) to hopefully discuss the situation but when I arrived, the office was closed “due to training”. These apartments are good and modern. The outside is kept very clean and the people are nice. Could use a gate. But it is what it is.
