I lived here for 3 years. The apartment itself is a good place to live. But I do not expect the ending is so disappointed. Received the deposit refund last week which charged me $400 for cleanning fee. It's the FIRST apartment to charge me a cleaning fee. I have lived in Long Island, Los Angeles, Fargo, and two other apartments in Minneapolis, and NONE of them charged me a cleaning fee when I moved out. I lived for 3 years. The living space is fantastic - modern, clean, and well-maintained. What stands out most is the exceptional service provided by the management and staff. They are always available, friendly, and efficient in addressing any concerns. The amenities are top-notch, and the community feels safe and welcoming. It's truly a great place to call home.
This building has the worst acoustics to call a "luxury apt living".
"The Community" claims "Sartell School District" which is wrong, this area belongs to the Hopkins School District.
We've been here for almost 2 years and I can say that The Chase is very QUIET, clean, and has great finishes throughout the apartment. With a range of activities every month or two! Bonus: we love the maintenance workers too, they are friendly and get the job done. Unfortunately I am docking stars due to the parking situation in the garage. I have reached out to management a few times about issues with parking. It's been SEVERAL months (6 months) but nothing productive has come of it. Wish that would change.
