I’ve lived here a year and a half, and it’s been heaven. I am a highly sensory sensitive person, and this place is calm. I also enjoy nature walks, and out my front door everyday is a beautiful four mile hike, with huge shade providing trees, cozy lilly padded ponds, and a gorgeous lake view. Responded to an ad at The Chase at Nine Mile Creek in Minnetonka MN to rent an affordable apartment last year and this year as well. The Chase immediately removed the affordable ad two days after they put the rental ad on multiple websites and I called three phone numbers listed for The Chase Apts but they went no where. I then contacted At Home Apartments (they manage The Chase Apts) to see if they could assist me in some way. No real help there either. I live at this apartment for seven years. The apartment is nice but when I moved out, I don’t like when management came and did expections walk-through to my apartment and complaining about dust after I clean for 3 1/2 hours and he was in respecting that.
Quiet building in a lovely location that’s tucked in the woods, yet a short distance to everything. Maintenance is always quick and efficient with resolving any maintenance needs.
I lived here for 3 years. The apartment itself is a good place to live. But I do not expect the ending is so disappointed. Received the deposit refund last week which charged me $400 for cleanning fee. It's the FIRST apartment to charge me a cleaning fee. I have lived in Long Island, Los Angeles, Fargo, and two other apartments in Minneapolis, and NONE of them charged me a cleaning fee when I moved out.
