All phone lines are disconnected. Ai texting is completely useless. Management is not in office. Impossible to even try and get an appointment. Can’t even view the dang property, why the hell would I want to live there god forbid I need anything?
No maintenance workers AND terrible management? what's not to love? :D
Absolute dump Water leaks in storage closets inside apartment and could get no one out to repair. Elevator broken for weeks on end several times a year. Halls and walk ways are seldom cleaned and filthy as are the elevators. Management company is the worst ever encountered. People smoking pot and cigarettes inside apts and management does nothing about it. Property is poorly run and does not pay their contractors. Avoid at all costs for renting and working.
Ms. Allison, in the office, and Nelson, on the maintenance team, are friendly and helpful at Charthouse Apartments. They were accommodating to my requests and addressed them quickly. The apartment is in a great location for working downtown and the neighbors in the complex I met were always friendly.
