Absolute dump Water leaks in storage closets inside apartment and could get no one out to repair. Elevator broken for weeks on end several times a year. Halls and walk ways are seldom cleaned and filthy as are the elevators. Management company is the worst ever encountered. People smoking pot and cigarettes inside apts and management does nothing about it. Property is poorly run and does not pay their contractors. Avoid at all costs for renting and working.
Ms. Allison, in the office, and Nelson, on the maintenance team, are friendly and helpful at Charthouse Apartments. They were accommodating to my requests and addressed them quickly. The apartment is in a great location for working downtown and the neighbors in the complex I met were always friendly.
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! Elevator breaks for WEEKS every time it rains (residents have submitted a class action lawsuit against the property for this. It's broken more often than it works, I wish I was exaggerating). You will never get ahold of ANYONE that works here. Yes, they have an office... but doors are locked 24/7 and no one is ever there.
