Nice & quiet here at Charthouse… location is also really great! Near Folly Beach, stores and restaurants.
My husband and I have lived at The Charthouse Apartments for over four years. It is a very small, extremely quite community. The apartments are spacious and well layed out with a tremendous amout of storage space. Just a lovely place to live!
We have lived here for almost a year now, friendly neighbors, never had a problem! Apartments are spacious and clean, and a perfect location on the island! Really appreciate the neighbors always saying hi to my one year old, chatting with her, and more! Really great complex if you’re looking for nice people, responsive management, and a relaxed vibe!
