Unfortunately the service and cleanliness at this hotel are more like a 1 star hotel. I had an issue where the sheets had not been changed from a previous guest stay. The front desk could not have cared less-I was told they will get to it when they can. There was no apology. After several attempts and days of asking to speak with a manager, I finally tracked one down. You will have to pay for valet unless you want to walk a little bit to.the hotel. However I enjoyed staying here and will be back with my family.
Excellent hotel and conveniently located
Both restaurants closed last week. When FOG opened after private event, very dirty, sticky tables, dirty floors. The restaurant in lobby is under remodel yet nothing mentioned online. Rooms are average at best, mattresses SUCK! The worst curio ive ever stayed, very disappointing.
