Gorgeous hotel that got us in last minute after we disembarked from our cruise ship and had to wait on a red-eye flight! Beautiful rooms, great service!
Disappointing experience. The hotel is in a great area, walking distance to most things tourists would want to do. I came for work, and it was extremely conveniently located for this too. However, there are a couple of obvious issues that immediately make the experience feel less comfortable. First, my room was on the 4th floor looking directly into a parking garage at eye level. Nice rooms. A little dark...needed more central lighting. Ridiculous resort fee nonsense. They give you $25 cards for food to offset the fee, but what good is a $25 card when a hamburger is almost $40 with their 20% surcharge. Playing games with fees.
