Nice enough property. The rooms are comfortable, the property is nice, and the rooftop bar is cool. The service was awful from the top down. I’ve stayed at hundreds of Hilton properties and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. This is not a corporately owned Hilton and it shows they don’t care even the slightest amount. I had multiple problems during my stay, requested a call from management and over a week later haven’t heard a peep.
The hotels location is hard to beat and the rooms are beautiful. Beds are comfy and everything is well appointed. For the price, I would have hoped for better service throughout my stay. There were a few times i requested help from the front desk that I was either ignored or engaged with in a rude manner, which isn’t what I’ve come to expect from Hilton. All in all, a fine experience, but for the cost it could be better.
