Our stay at the Charter Hotel was excellent. Room was large, clean, and comfortable. Bathroom and shower were also excellent. Cinder & Salt and Fog room were also both excellent venues at the hotel. The hotel is in an excellent central location. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Surafel was especially helpful for us. We highly recommend.
Stayed here while in Seattle for work. The location is great and very accessible to places downtown. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were quite nice and comfortable. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was average. We tried to have breakfast when they opened but they said the kitchen wasn't ready to cook anything so we were limited to items that were non-cooking like fruit and oatmeal.
