Room is very bad. Air conditioning, air ventilation broken. Cannot change room. Maintenance guy cannot fix it. Had to stay in a room that smell stinky. Room is humid, smell very bad, and hot. One of the worst experiences living in hotel.

I truly do not want to post a negative review but your hotel and staff have given me no choice. I stayed at your hotel last week July 31st and August 1st. The hotel is lovely. When I checked out, I asked for my receipt and was advised that it would be emailed to me. I received the invoice via email the next day and saw a charge for $65 for valet parking. Excellent place to stay.
I showed up on 7/31 with a confirmed reservation, only to be told the hotel was overbooked and I’d been bumped to a different property more than a mile away. No call, no email, no text. The “replacement” hotel was a full star below what I booked and paid for. This isn’t a minor hiccup. It’s a failure to honor a reservation and a bait-and-switch experience.
