The Charmed Nest ladies are THE BEST! Meticulous with cleaning and care for your property. So happy with this housekeeping service.
Just the facts, I used this company to do a detailed cleaning on a generally clean empty home. The cleaning team consisted of three people for two hours (six working hours). Upon return to the house, I was very disappointed with the work that was done. The basics were neglected such as sweeping of the floor, wipe of the appliances, wipe of top of refrigerator and smudges on bathroom mirror. The Charmed Nest takes great care of our home. Their communication is excellent, their staff is friendly and trustworthy, and they do an excellent job cleaning our home. They even manage to get all the dog hair up!
