We stayed at the Charmant Hotel recently and the hotel is so beautiful, the charm of being an old candy factory was great. Our room was nicely decorated with touches from when the hotel was a candy factory and faced the river which was perfect on a fall day. The bed was super cozy. We had anticipated better service in both the restaurant and hotel.
Beautiful hotel and in the perfect location to walk everywhere. Highly recommend!
Absolute treat to stay here!!! So charming, great location, clean, great service and rooms are beautiful and comfy. We will be back for sure! Loved it.
Rooms were nice but no clocks which was strange to me. Service was great with included valet. The bar and restaurant in the lobby were convenient. Easy walk to just about anything in the Main Street of La Crosse
