Mom moved into The Charlote Assisted Living facility the first of this year 2020... Each day is filled with surprises and exciting new adventures.. Outings to enhance Moms life. Chef prepared meals made to order... Delicacies to make your mouth water. Medical Team built of knowledgable and skilled professionals.... A Management Team filled with caring and intelligent personnel, with an open door policy always... Social Team filled with unique and excellent activities. Moms apartment is bright and spacious, with a private bath, bedroom, living room and kitchen area. Large windows with plenty of light and all the safety measures you could imagine. A talented Maintenance Team that stays on top of all needs. Cleanliness is a daily effort each and every day. If you have a loved one seeking a wonderful place to call home, come visit The Charlotte...

I am grateful that a reputable organization has assumed responsibility for the facility (aka Regency under previous management). Too bad the NC Dept. of Health didn't make this change in management happen much earlier.
