RecommendedThe Charleston Senior Community Staff members treat the residents like they are their own family members!! The food is great!! They have all the amenities that the residents would need. It is an exceptional senior community for your senior family members!!

Well trained, attentive & caring staff
Highly recommend The Charleston. I visit frequently and always see the residents enjoying themselves. I've had lunch there a few times and the food is always fantastic. The events there are always engaging and some are even open to the community. The building is always clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly.
Awesome facility, very friendly staff
My family had failed experience at the Charleston. At least one other resident there is very dissatisfied after speaking with them. My family member had to leave in less than an entire month😖! Sad situation☹️

This facility is very poorly run and chronically understaffed. The upper management comes across as very polished, but that doesn’t correct medication errors and lack of personal care for someone in need. It’s very sad. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.
