I’m from Alabama. I was approved for 2000 down and I have the message and 1200 a month for a trade that has not been remodeled. I was OK with that. I explained to the lady who manages this property that I will be bringing my kids down here this coming Friday that we’re moving down here and she waits until the last minute to tell me that I have to have an additional thousand dollars down Now I’m in a very bad situation to get my kids with me. Super easy process with very kind people.. Grayce was attentive and helping answering any questions I had about the buying process. As a first time home buyer I was nervous and had many many questions. The community is gorgeous with facilities for the guests.
