Wonderful place to be
Very fast and Efficient!
I and my wife love living here! We’re now living here more than a year. We feel safe and the apartment is very accessible to almost everything. Our furbaby loves the dog park and it is really nice that management keeps improving their amenities. Maintenance is quick to response and fixed things. On top of that, the management have always keep the place very clean and safe which makes it a better place to live in.
The Charleston Apartments has been the best apartments that I’ve lived in, in the city of Memphis. I’ve lived in Memphis for about 10 years, and when I did my first apartment search 10 years ago, I wanted to live here. It became a goal and I’m pleased to say that I’ve lived for here now for almost 2 years. The property is always clean. The staff are always friendly. I moved to The Charleston Apartments in August 2025, and I can honestly say that this is the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. Bailey was my leasing agent and her welcoming vibe sold me along with the entire community from inside of my unit to outside. Very quiet and well maintained. 10/10
