i am giving this community 2 stars because the community is nice and so are most of the employees. Most of them are super nice people that actually care about your living experience here at the Charleston. In the office there is a woman named Nicole and wow. I try to give everyone the respect they are due but that person. I'm going to start with my most recent experience. in my Master bathroom the toilet wobbles real bad and it was that way when i moved in i mentioned and nothing was done to resolve. Bailey made this such an easy process!! I'm stoked to move in this weekend and looking forward to joining the Charleston Apartments community !! The exterior of the buildings are well kept, the grounds looks great and the interior of the apartments are pretty nice!

bailey is by far the greatest person up here! she helped me in so many ways. always went above and beyond for me. the community here is awesome, everyone in the office were always so kind. but i have to tip my hat to the sweet ms bailey. she deserves a raise for dealing with all my shenanigans. thank y’all for treating me like family and i’ll always remember my time at these great apartments. love you bailey! 😂

I absolutely love my apartment. I been here almost 2 months. It’s generally quiet which I love. The office staff are nice and always willing to help! They made me feel at home the first day I visited along with some of the residents. I looked at a lot of reviews for here and other places but there’s always 2 sides to a story. The maintenance staff are great. Only comment -if you are loud with loud music keep moving- this is not the place for you!
