I’ve been living at The Charleston Apartments for 4 months now, with my husband. The leasing agents, Bailey and Rhiana are attentive, kind and informative. When my husband and I came in for a tour, Rhiana took us to different units that were available to view, and she answered all questions we had without hesitation which gave us confidence and reassurance. So far so good. My fiance & I moved in early April 2025 & have enjoyed our new space. The complex is quiet & neighbors are friendly. My only complaint would be the parking. Hard to find good parking spaces near your unit if you come home late (after 7pm).
The Charleston is a safe and clean community. The staff is very courteous. The maintenance people are awesome. If something needs fixing they are on it asap. It is very quiet here. A beautiful place to live. Michele Harrison
My experience here has been very good so far.the maintenance staff are the best and i just love the neighbors i am surrounded by.i had one issue at the beginning which was minor but i have not had a problem so far anymore and its been 4 months now since i been there
