I moved from Saint Louis MO 3 months ago and I love The Charleston Apartments. Ms. Rhianna has been so nice and helpful to my move. I especially like how peaceful and clean they keep the area. Also I want to thank Nicole as well for my initial tour. Thank you for making my move to the south feel comfortable and welcomed.
From the first day I visit and toured the apartment I applied for Bailey and Rhiana has went above and beyond . They both are super sweet, attentive and friendly. My move in was hassle free and everything was done with ease. I didn’t get the run around and move in on the day I requested with no problems. I have been here a month and I have no complaints. I recommend these apartments. Nice affordable and in a good area !
I’ve lived here for a little over a year. My husband moved in a month before me and I had not seen the apartment until a week of him living there. I stepped foot into the apartment and IMMEDIATELY noticed the disgusting carpets. Stuff spilled on them, they were sticky, they had wrinkles in them. I cleaned them 5 times with my carpet cleaner and even after 5 times I was still dumping black water. I rented an industrial/ commercial cleaner and went over them and they were still gross. Beware of hidden fees=200+ a month. Including paying for common areas Moved here in August 2024. The model apartment is perfect. Upon move in the tile was loose cracked all throughout. We were assured it would be fixed asap. It’s October, still broken popping up into my feet and stubbing my toes. The bathrooms were taken away at the pool bc management didn’t “feel like dealing with cleaning up after feces”. The dish washer was FULL OF MOLD. I’ll put the pictures.
