They will raise rent and add/increase fees every year so beware of that if you choose to rent here. They must have gotten new management/oversight in the last year or so that is horrible. I sent an email about the proposed new fees being added on top of increased rent (increasing the trash fee to $15 a month and adding a “community fee” of $10/month) and they forwarded my email to the “regional manager” who replied with no help. Lived here for a little over 2 years and personally loved it so much! Always felt so safe, maintenance is amazingly fast and kind, beautiful community, and the staff Julie and Gretchen are always so helpful. Didn’t want to leave!
I have been here a few months so far and it has been great. Anytime a maintenance request or concern about a neighbor was brought up, Julie and Gretchen have been amazing at assisting and were quick with their responses. Prices are okay for the area, the amenities are good. A good management team is what makes or breaks a complex and I can say they truly do an amazing job! They are personable and genuine.
I have lived here for 3 years. The first 2 years of living here, one of my neighbors smoked so much weed that it filled my apartment with the smell constantly. So I moved to a different unit in the community and it was nice for a couple of months until new neighbors moved in who slam all their cabinets all throughout the day and night so I just constantly hear banging noises.
