I have lived here for 4 years. The first 2 years of living here, one of my neighbors smoked so much weed that it filled my apartment with the smell constantly. So, I moved to a different unit in the community and it was nice for a couple of months until new neighbors moved in who slammed all their cabinets constantly. EDIT: now my downstairs neighbor is also constantly slamming his sliding door open and closed all through the night to smoke on the balcony.
