I have lived here for 3 years. The first 2 years of living here, one of my neighbors smoked so much weed that it filled my apartment with the smell constantly. So I moved to a different unit in the community and it was nice for a couple of months until new neighbors moved in who slam all their cabinets all throughout the day and night so I just constantly hear banging noises. We have lived here for almost 11 years years. It is a great, safe, friendly place to live. The grounds are lovely and well-maintained. The apartments are well-built and exceptionally quiet. The office folks are true friends, and care for each resident. And the maintenance team is top-notch. We are so grateful to have found the Charleston!
