Pass on the Chicken Basket but try their Burger Well, my wife and I tried the Chicken Basket as per the the recommendation of the first reviewer and a few other "locals". Unfortunately, it did not live up to our expectations. Not bad, not good, just so-so. On our next visit we opted for their Burgers...hers was w/cheese, while mine was au naturale. Great Food You must have the fried chicken and the basket!!!! I'm now 35 and have been going there since I was a toddler. Great family restaurant with good food and a nice country atmosphere. Really down to earth people!
Friendly and delicious food After numerous times driving by this restaurant my wife and I stepped inside and what a gem of a restaurant. Cozy but spacious dining areas, an amazing friendly, professional staff…in fact our waitress has been there for more than 30 years! Many menu options, great home cooking, and the food was delicious!!! And don’t forget dessert….we’ll be stopping here and becoming regulars!!!!
