I used these people, and only these people to repair, clean, polish, buff and I stay 30-40mins away that’s how much I go out the way just to use these great people, they told me a higher price that ended up being cheaper than I was told. GREAT service!!
Update: I was refunded for what I paid the other jeweler for repairs and they apologized this happened. I appreciate the accountability that was now taken. I purchased both my engagement ring and wedding band from Chapman’s Jewelers. While I was buying my wedding band, I was told they could solder the rings together for me, so I trusted that they were capable of doing that work. I normally don’t write reviews but I had to do so after my visit to this wonderful jewelry store. I brought an older watch to The Chapman Company for service and to replace the crystal on it.The new crystal looks perfect and the watch came back looking cleaner and sharper than I expected. The staff treated it with care and the price was great! It’s rare to find honest work like this. Definitely a hidden gem in Lexington.
