I really should probably write two separate reviews. The quality of their product is fine. It is the follow-up service that I am rating here as a "2". My shower door was installed quite some time ago. After a bit of time I noticed that the seals we're no longer longer working well and they had become somewhat discolored from the hard water in our household. Eight years ago I bought my wonderful glass shower enclosure and for the past few months my seal around the glass was deteriorating which is normal. I called the Chapman company to come and replace it and the manager set me up with an appointment very efficiently within days.....I love the service and that they did a great job on the seal. It's like a brand new shower door now. Thank you
