Cooks service department is trash. If you dont have any codes on the dash, don't bother taking it to Cooks. Their "mechanics" can only diagnose an issue when there is a code on the dash.
I was going to buy 2020 Dodge Durango GT AWD plus today. And I spoke with a salesman this morning and told me that it was available and I said, I have to get few things done today. And I told him where I was coming from almost an hour away.And so he was going to bring the car to meet me halfway, but never call me so when I got to the dealership around 4pm he told me that car was just sold.. Cook Auto Service Department never disappoints. I have had a lot of cars in my lifetime and have visited many service depts, but I have never experienced such great service. Have been a customer for 4+ years now and Sean Climer and team are always so efficient and never disappoints. AND FRANK is the icing on the cake! I'm due for a new car soon and like many brands, but the Cook service dept. will be one of the main reasons for that new car to again be a Mazda. Highly recommend this dealership and service department!
