Back in August 2024 I was looking for an apartment in Lewis Center. After having some tours, I came to Grand at Polaris and met Lindsey. Within few minutes of the tour and my discussion with her, I knew I made the right choice. It has been close to two years and the stay has been wonderful. Longtime Resident at Two Champion Communities(District at Tuttle & Duncan Park)- Maintenance Shines, but Corporate Management Fails Tenants!!! I’ve been a Champion Properties tenant for over six years…first at Duncan Park and then The District at Tuttle. I stayed as long as I did mostly for my dogs, who were comfortable and settled.
