Incredible tenant experience! I've lived in a couple of apartment communities in Columbus, however, The Heights at Worthington is by far the best! My story began with me having difficulty loading an APP associated with a service offered by the complex. I simply could not download and activate it, so I asked Bobby Smitz, the property manager for assistance. Finally, I am here! Working with Ethan at Lake Club was a joy! He greeted me every time with a smile. It didn't matter if he was working on a task, he stopped and acknowledged me as if I was a regular! I would say "today" was the day! Then life would go by. Living here at Slate Hill these past 5 months has been fantastic, beautiful and wonderful!!!! I love it here!!!! Abbey, Zay, Nick and the maintenance staff have been wonderful!!! My apartment with all its amenities and garage are fabulous!!!! I have lived in Columbus Ohio for 30+ years and have lived in several places.
