As someone who was making an entire life change- moving to a new state, starting a new job, learning a new neighborhood- Worthington Ridge has been the best! The staff are all so caring, kind, and absolutely responsive to any issues (which are not many) that I have faced. My central AC did stop working- but maintenance came promptly, and actually offered me a portable unit until mine could be fixed. I have lived at the Worthington Ridge Apartments since 2016, Champion is the 3rd and by far the best owner. The 1st two companies cared nothing about the property, maintenance was abysmal, and the staff cared nothing except collecting the rent. Champion on the other hand made extensive improvements to the outside of the buildings and refurbished all of the units. my experience living here is wonderful, the place is beautiful, office members are the best, very kind and sweet people, neighbors are cool and the lake view is perfect! I always recommend for everyone that needs a new place to live !!
My transition to apartment living has been very smooth. I am grateful for the amazing property company for the efforts to make Bear Pointe a safe and peaceful place to live. The support from the property staff has been wonderful. I highly recommend Champion as a property community. Especially after dealing with many other property companies that were less than pleasant and accommodating.
