I’ve been renting here for seven years now, and the manager is really bad. He never pays attention to any of the issues in the apartment. Also, there’s a very rude Doorman named carlos who is extremely impolite and always asks for money for everything. He’s really unpleasant.
Gina, the leasing agent at Chalet Apartments, was incredible to work with. From the very start to finish, she made the leasing process smooth and stress-free. We moved into Chalet a month ago and it’s has been a pleasant experience! Gina has been extremely helpful throughout the process, whether it’s application, moving in and other additional supports. Jose (the super) and the other gentlemen at the front desk are also good people - look forward to the next many months.

Just tried calling and someone picked up the phone then immediately hung up. Floor plans are not available on the website either. Rude and useless.
