I ordered a strainer i error as I actually wanted to order the tea steeper. I immediately ordered the Steepe4r; bt also sent an ear; tp their “customer help’ address to please CANCEL te strainer. When I awoke the next morning I logged on to m emails and there was the confirmation that the cancellation had been taken care of. WOW - I call tnat efficient!
I love The Chai Box's All Chai'd Up tea and signed up for a subscription. When the subscription went awry and I did not receive my second shipment, I contacted The Chai Box. I received several emails from the founder of the company, who thanked me for calling the problem to her attention, went to work to fix it for other subscribers and sent me a gift certificate with her thanks. Good tea and stellar customer service.
The Hill Station [Cardamom + Rose] chai tea and spice blend is AMAZING! It's expensive but worth it. Treat yourself! I originally purchased it as part of a bundle and never expected to enjoy the rose as much as I do. I also received excellent customer service on a recent order.
Healthy, delicious, high quality tea. Great customer service.
