I encountered the chai box at the Peachtree City Farmer's Market. I sampled the iced "All Chai'd Up" and thought it was good so I purchased a jar of the tea bags. I had no idea how bland this chai would be without the concentrate. I expected the tea bags to still have flavor, and I'm not exaggerating when I say they have absolutely none. It's terrible. I'm leaving two stars because the Lavender Chai my mom purchased is quite good, but my purchase was a waste. I won't be a return customer.
This is the best chai I have had in the US. It is smooth and delicious. It gives a nice bounce in energy and it also feels very healing. The chai we drink the most is all chai'd up. Thanks for creating this wonderful drink.
The chai is fantastic, but they use USPS for shipping. I paid $5 shipping fee and it took 11 days for me to receive my order! In the age of Amazon, that is not very good. However, I will definitely order again.
I ordered the Chai Marsala to give as Christmas gifts to my adult children. The customer service was amazing, above and beyond. There was a real person answering my question. Sunny is her name and I give her a 5 star review. Happy holidays! P.S. I’ll send pictures when I give my kids their gifts.
Put my order in for the wrong address I immediately emailed them and they corrected promptly. It is my first time ordering from them once I try there products I will leave another review
