My family's experience with the Centre for Well-Being in Wausau has been beyond disappointing - and I've been more than patient. My first call to them was more than 6 months ago and I've been calling every few weeks since then trying to get an appointment for my son. They've assured me they'd call with updates. They haven't. My experience was really bad they are very unprofessional they make a kid make there own appointments with out the constant of there parents than if the child doesn’t feel well to finishing the whole session they charge the parents $100 or up to the full session. Without the parent knowing anything.

Their website makes it seem that they have many therapists and wonderful services. But if you message them they never get back with you and if you call you are told that all you can do is get on a wait list for 4-5 months from now. When you are a counseling center not taking patients, you should say so on your website and return messages. Very unprofessional.
